Synergistic Coaching is led by Executive Coach Gerri Steadman, who offers unparalleled expertise, having coached hundreds of leaders and having fifteen years of executive leadership experience in HR/Organization Development across diverse organizations. Gerri has substantial experience with healthcare executives and physicians.
Gerri’s coaching philosophy focuses on personalized growth plans tailored to each client’s needs. Drawing from her credentials including a master’s in HR and a bachelor’s in psychology, Gerri helps clients enhance leadership effectiveness. Gerri has coached leaders in various roles/functions and organizations.
She is credentialed with a master’s degree in HR, a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has had post-college education as a coach. Her experience in coaching throughout the United States, includes executives from a variety of functions and organizations, including physician leaders. Gerri understands the complexities of organizations and the importance of supporting leaders in their focus on strategic direction as well as leadership effectiveness.
With a warm and practical approach, Gerri fosters confidential relationships, enabling clients to explore new perspectives and achieve transformative growth. Offering resources like interactive 360 feedback and the Adult Vertical Development Profiles (MAP, GLP, MWV), Gerri empowers leaders to drive success.

She has a broad range of resources and assessments to assist the client with self-awareness and new perspectives.
