Synergistic Coaching

Gerri Steadman is owner of Synergistic Coaching and is an Executive Coach. Her coaching encourages top tier leaders to explore their effectiveness in all aspects of leadership and organizational effectiveness.This may include strengthening them in a new role, their current role, their relationships, and assisting them as a thinking partner through sound organizational strategies and change transitions.

Gerri has rich experience as a coach and her insights as an experienced executive is often cited as a value-add for her coaching clients. She served 15 years in executive leadership roles in Human Resources and Organization Development. She has worked in the healthcare, steel, and consumer products industries.

She is credentialed with a master’s degree in HR, a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has had post-college education as a coach. Her experience in coaching throughout the United States, includes executives from a variety of functions and organizations, including physician leaders. Gerri understands the complexities of organizations and the importance of supporting leaders in their focus on strategic direction as well as leadership effectiveness.

Gerri’s strength in coaching is meeting executives “where they are” and creating a developmental-growth plan through an individualized-coaching approach. She has a broad range of resources and assessments to assist the client with self-awareness and new perspectives. Her expertise in conducting “interactive” 360 feedback (through interviews) and using the MAP Adult Development Profile are tools she uniquely offers. Having a warm, practical approach, she establishes a confidential, trusting relationships quickly. She believes a leader that is both emotionally intelligent and organizationally effective will have an exponential impact in their organization.
